1.2 How to reset forgotten password ?
If you’ve forgotten the password, you are able to reset your password as follows,
1.2.1 Open Versa application
1.2.2 Click login/register on the first page
1.2.3 Click forget the password
1.2.4 Specify email or mobile phone no
1.2.5 Fill the OTP Create the new pin for 6 digits
1.2.6 Confirm password
1.2.7 Re-login
Since you complete above process, you are able to access your Versa account with a new password

Before starting trading of digital tokens. You will need to verify your identity and complete investment knowledge test and Suitability test as follows:
2.1 Verify your identity
Take a picture of your ID card/passport and take a selfie with the document. Please make sure you have sufficient lighting and not wearing glasses, a hat and must be the face should be clearly captured.
2.2 Fill in your personal data
You need to fill in your personal information.
After you complete all the steps. Your documents and information will be reviewed for approval to open an account. Once all documents and information have been verified according to all procedures, you will receive an email confirmation and you can start trading digital tokens.
It will take approximately 1 – 3 business days to review and approve your account.
2.3. Investment Knowledge test and Suitability test
You will be required to take an Investment Knowledge test and
Suitability test before starting trading of digital tokens

4.1 How to deposit money into your account with QR Code?
4.1.1 Log in to your Versa account
4.1.2 Go to “Account”, choose “Manage Cash”
4.1.3 Choose “Deposit”
4.1.4 Choose “QR Code”
4.1.5 Enter the amount you wish to deposit and Choose “Confirm”
4.1.6 The system will generate a QR Code specifically
for the amount you wish to deposit.
4.1.7 Choose “Save QR Code”
4.1.8 Go to your mobile bank application to make transfers
from the bank account that has been registered with us only.
It takes about 1-3 business days to review and approve your deposit. You can check the deposit transaction status on the application.
Deposits can be made via QR Code and transfer via Mobile Banking.
4.2 How to make a deposit by bank transfer ?
4.2.1 Log in to your Versa account.
4.2.2 Go to “Account”, choose “Manage Cash”
4.2.3 Chooset “Bank Transfer”
4.2.4 Enter the amount you want to deposit and press
“Confirm Deposit”
4.2.5 A confirmation preview page will appear. Please review
the deposit details and press ‘Confirm’ to create a
deposit request.
4.2.6 Go to your bank application to make a transfer from the
bank account that has been registered with us only.
4.2.7 Open your Versa application, choose “Upload Slip”
to attach proof of transfer.
4.3 In case you set up 2FA
4.3.1 Log in to your Versa account.
4.3.2 Go to “Account”, choose “Manage Money”
4.3.3 choose “Bank Transfer”
4.3.4 Enter the amount you want to deposit and press
“Confirm Deposit”
4.3.5 A confirmation preview page will appear.
Please review the deposit details, enter the 6-digit
Google Authentication code and choose “Confirm Deposit”
to create a deposit request.
4.3.6 Go to your bank application to make a transfer from
the bank account that has been registered with us only.
4.3.7 Open your Versa application, choose “Upload Slip”
to attach proof of transfer.
It takes about 1-3 business days to review and approve your deposit. You can check the deposit transaction status on the application.
4.4 How to Withdraw Thai Baht ?
2FA enable
4.4.1 Log in to your account.
4.4.2 Go to “Account”, choose “Manage Cash”
4.4.3 choose “Withdraw”
4.4.4 Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
The system will display a withdrawal fee
(20 Baht per transaction), and the net withdrawal
amount you will receive.
4.4.5 A confirmation preview page will appear then
choose “Confirm Withdrawal”.
4.4.6 You will receive a 6-digit OTP code, enter the code within
the time limit.
4.4.7 The system will inform you that the withdrawal is pending
for review, then press “Finish”.
2FA Disable
4.4.8 Log in to your account.
4.4.9 Go to “Account”, choose “Manage Money”
4.4.10 Choose “Withdraw”
4.4.11 Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
The system will display a withdrawal fee
(20 Baht per transaction), and net withdrawal amount
you will receive.
4.4.12 A confirmation preview page will appear then
choose “Confirm Withdrawal”.
4.4.13 choose “Confirm Withdrawal”

5.1 What is 2FA?
Two-Factor Authentication or 2FA is a 2-step verification for security enhancement with multi-factor authentication for data access where signing in needs more than just a username and password. Instead of immediately gaining access, users will be required to provide another piece of information that only the account owner knows e.g. a special password that will be changed every minute.
Setting up 2FA will add a second level of security to your account which will protect your account in case of a compromised password.
Google Authenticator (or any other application you may use) will display a 6-digit passcode, which is renewed every 30 seconds and cannot be reused.
To enhance the security of your accounts, we recommend that you enable 2FA on application.
5.2 How to migrate 2FA to a new device ?
You can migrate your 2-Factor Authentication data to a new device as follows,
5.2.1 Open the Google Authenticator application on the original device
5.2.2 Select Option (three dots) on the top right corner.
5.2.3 Select Export Accounts
(on some devices it may say Transfer Accounts).
5.2.4 Select Continue.
5.2.5 Scan your face or enter your device’s passcode.
5.2.6. Select the desired account and select Export
5.2.7 The screen will show a QR Code to scan.
5.2.8 Install the Google Authenticator application.
on your new device Open the app and select the plus sign in
the bottom right corner.
5.2.9 Select Scan a QR code.
5.210 Scan the QR Code from the same device.
5.2.11 The account information from the old device will be imported to
the new device.
5.2.12 Select OK to continue.
5.2.13 2FA information will be displayed on the Google Authenticator application
